    You would think you could summon up the tooth fairy to help out in this situation :-) In her absence I'll say prayers that you recover from this infection soon. Your description of the chills and heat kind of remind me of menopause. Sorry, trying to give you a few smiles but I guess I'm not ready for Saturday Night Live just yet.

    Just know that pretty soon this will all be over and you'll be feeling much better.
