Glad You're Here
I mentioned your name on the memorial post today as this has been so recent for you. So sorry that he passed and this has to be so hard for you. Please don't be a stranger to this board as you were always so supportive of us and your husband. Maybe next year, you can do relay for life in honor of your husband. He is looking down on you and loves you and just the fact that you posted in his memory.

I pray every day for some peace for you. The pain will eventually ease, it doesn't mean you love him less, just that time will slow the pain down.
You have to remember he loved you too, and would hate to see you in such pain and sorrow that you are suffering at this moment. For his memory, for what he would want of you, try and remember the happy times you spent together, and ease the sadness and sorrow you feel now.
I hope some peace comes your way soon.

Warm thoughts
Oh, I can only imagine the depth of your sorrow. I know that we, the caregivers, picture this time and hope it never comes. I am so very sorry you are in such pain. I know eventually you will find some sunshine in your day but it is not the time yet. All I can do is offer you warm thoughts and prayers.
With aloha,

So sorry for your pain
Your loss is so recent that I understand why your pain is still so great.
I hope that as the days go by, you will be able to find that you still have a life, even though it is different than what you would have wished.
I am certain that your husband would wish for you to find peace in your memories of him.
I repeat your words back to you...Don't ever give up hope...that you will find a way to remember your husband without it breaking your heart.
Hugs,
Marie who loves kitties0 -

I'm so sorry that you are hurting so badly. I cannot imagine the pain you must be feeling right now. There have so many losses and this part is the hardest thing of all - to have to watch someone have to go through this and not be able to help.
You both shared a love and you were a faithful caregiver who did everything she could to help her husband. I'm glad that this board was here to help guide you through some of this - and that in small way, the board was able to help you some.

I am very sorry
This disease takes so much for everyone touched by it. I hope that you can see either a grief counseler or a therapist to talk about your pain and find some peace. I watched my stepdad nearly drink himself to death after my mom died from colon cancer, it was just as bad as watching her die. I pray for peace for you.0 -

But just cheer up now is time to think in your self!

My thoughts are with you...
My thoughts are with you and I pray that you eventually find emotional, mental and spiritual peace. May your husband's spirit live always in your heart.
