That is great news! And remember not everyone gets the same side effects. Our body chemistries are so very unique.
I did fine on tamoxifen and I was on it 7 years because, back in the 1980's, no one was sure how long to keep me on it. And, the best part, ta da, I am still here after Stage 3A and 23 years!

you may want to ask about receiving zometa. I am ER and PR pos and receive it twice a year propholactically. It has been shown in studies to decrease distant and bone mets by 36 percent. Some oncs give it to their negative patients too.0 -
