Yep, gonna do it, if I can get 11 more or so!!!
Let's make a colon Cancer Calender, hind ends only (AND NO, not total hineys), just the 1/3 showing!!!!
I'll get it done professionally, just requires your photos, I'll be the first (going to take a few days to get those beads strung, and then I'll show you the pic and you can go from there).
Put a personal piece about each person (amount children, grandchildren, when diagnosed with colon cancer, stage of, and a personal sentence or two) Just initials or first names if you don't want your name out there matching your arse.
Then we sell the darn calenders with all profits going to COLON/RECTAL CANCER RESEARCH!!!!
Just pick a slogan you like, Buzz had an interesting one: "Rectal and Colon Cancers are Pains in the Butt ", or Philleg's "Fight Colon Cancer - The **** You Save Could Be Your Own"
or mine "Colon Cancer is a Pain in the Arse", or Karguys ""the butt you save may be your own." or, just simply stick a BOW on "It" per LovesKitties "Guess maybe we need to put a bow on a butt to make it sexy!" have it written on your arse or bow on butt and take the pic.
You may have more then one royal arse, you can have family participate, friends, dogs, etc.. some of the slogans are tooo long for just one arse.
Go Funny, Go Crazy, Go Serious, just DO IT!!!
Just an Idea, if 11 are on board with me, we can run with this, and do something "personal" to help our fight collectively against Colonrectal cancers!!!!

    Ok. I will be thinking about this. One major problem is I never did have much of a butt. The second problem is what I did have shrunk after the damn resection.

    However, I do have a photo of my Ileo (my new butt) that I took and sent to my doc in STL so he could see how I was healing.

    I was good for March but it's taken.

    This is a good fun way to promote awareness and raise funds.

    How many are aware that there is already a Colondar for purchase to do just this? Not ****, but front side surgery scars showing. (So Marie's idea is much more fun and lighthearted.)

    The Colon Club was started for those diagnosed before age 50 - before the "normal" age of colonoscopy or dx. They have a great discussion board too.

    During this "pink" month I'm reminded every day of how much we need to do to educate about colon cancer. We're bombarded with info on breast cancer, but most people really don't know much about colon cancer - just the jokes they've heard about colonoscopies, or the fear of the prep. We need to bombard the public with blue, as we've been bombarded with pink!
