Hi chriskaput,
I did the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Baltimore on October 3rd. I did finish the entire 5k. I have our group picture posted under my Expressions page. Our Making Strides is October 24. I have other plans that day, but am trying to squeeze this in too. Good luck tomorrow, we will all be there in spirit. Thanks for doing this for all of us. Hugs, Jean0 -
Cheers for you!
Good for you!!! I don't think I could've done this so close to when I finished. I was absolutely EXHAUSTED at the end! I'll be joining you but in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Congrats on finishing chemo and I wish you all the best in completing your walk tomorrow. Hopefully there will come a day when our future sisters won't have to do ANY of this!0 -

Chicago...
For the 6th time, we'll walk the ACS/MSABC event tomorrow - along the beautiful shore of Lake Michigan.
I'm taking all of you with me - in my thoughts, and in my heart. xo
Kind regards, Susan0 -
Walking in Suburb of Chicago
Second time walking in the MSABC/ACS in Hoffman Estates, IL. Was thinking about going into the city. But that means I'd have to get up WAY too yearly, like 4:30 in the morning to make into the city in time! SOrry, but that's just not gonna happen! LOL.
Will be thinking of all you strong, courageous warriors tomorrow!!
Blessings,

Jones Beach
A friend of mine was at the Making Strides walk at Jones Beach on Sunday. I am not up to it, I'm afraid. Just want to thank all of you for doing these walks. Maybe someday I will be strong enough myself to do them too! Then I will walk for all of you!!!

Celebrating with you for finishing Chemo!!! God Bless and do something with those you love...reading your post about the hair loss this morning. Going to get my hair "buzzed Off" next beauty appointment. Wigs sound like work so going to wear caps and scarfs. Your comments really are inspirational. God Bless!0
