I am trying the MediterrianMyTurnNow said:I try to avoid it but......
I am married and my husband loves his beef.
Here are my answers:
Steak or ground beef.
Maybe once or twice a month.
Purchased at local Publix (grocery store)
Regular beef.
I am trying the Mediterrian diet and you don't get to eat much beef. Mostly chix, pork and seafood.
Beef is usually sirlion or tenderloin. The loin cuts have less fat in them, better for your heart. Steak is always grilled. I do buy some ground beef but usually the extra lean for burgers and chili and such(trying the ground turkey this week). We eat meat about once a week on this diet, supposed to eat it less than that but I have a husband who is a meat lover. I only buy my meat at Publix. My husbands son is a Meat Market Manager for Publix but not at the store that I usually shop in.

Did plenty of meat during
Did plenty of meat during chemo but little beef . What I did eat was soup made from beef bones, ones with plenty of marrow. Did this once a week for the first 3 months of AC chemo in the winter/spring. Then for the 12 weeks of taxol during the summer I did ground beef (hamburgers) about once per month. The bones and hamburger were bought from whole foods. If it wasn't organic it was grass fed.0 -

I buy my beef from Whole Foods and it is grass fed with no additives and comes from local farms. I don't have any cholesterol issues so I have it 2 times per week. Yummy but expensive. I'm worth it!

Hubby and I eat all kinds of
Hubby and I eat all kinds of beef. Ground, steak, roast, etc. We both prefer to get it from a friend who raises his own, but haven't done that in the past year, so we're getting it from the local grocery store. Nothing special about what we buy, other than the fact that I do buy the leanest ground beef I can find. We eat beef 1 or 2 times a week, sometimes more often. Hubby eats more than me, but we do both like it.0 -

free range - beef, or 1/2 cow. Usually 2 to 3 times per week, mostly rib eye steaks or tri tip .. I eat hamburgers when going out to lunch with a salad.
My take from what I've read, researched .. is stress, sugar and fat seem to feed cancer cells .. again, this is just my humble opinion.
