    very little I have to weak soon , we came to the beach
    and have nothing in the refrigerator , so we will go to have am early coffee with toast in any bar then supermarket.
    And a little of beach, cold and windy day but advantage of chemo just Half an hour of sun and you get perfectly tan! LOL.

    yeah but lately can't sleep very well
    not even with pills! the problem is that I get slept by 7 pm and use to have a 2 hours nap ( to much) then at night difficult , before 3 am, well have to do something about but want to be careful with my pills because of liver!

    Don't you just hate it when your hours get turned around? When I'm not feeling well I can fall asleep for a little nap, wake up an hour later and at first not know if it's 6 am or 6 pm! Then, I can't go to sleep all night. That really messes things up and can throw sleep off for days. Try to rest as best you can. Sweet dreams.

    well now is 8 pm here and didn't make nap, im gona have a dinner
    by 10 with little wine then by 12 a little pill and hope no problems today.
    the question is that i feel superb this days, i dont undersatand why it hapens!.

    It sounds like a nice evening Pepe. I do take a sleeping pill at night; otherwise I was not sleeping properly + my onc wants me to get good night sleeps.

    since recourrence l must have two lorazepam every night .
    They suggest another half in the afternoon and a cipralex in the morning but no way!
    Just in night thats enough to me!

    well it's nearly 4 am and I'm still here , despite a copious
    dinner ,onion soup 6 breaded little lamb ribs , glas of wine , pice of cream cake and
    1,5 mg of lorazepam!
    No way!

    Do you remember it? l don't now why she sang this as we don't have any speciall
    tradition of lullabies ,may be she was confusing Mexico with Spain , some times common I'm the US! LOL.

    Mexico! hahaha, did you Ever hear about columbus , Cortes and the conquistadores gang?
    hahaha! just 518 years a go we were there just for a few years Just nearly 400 .By the way we visit you too in Louisiana , Florida, new Mexico, Texas ,California and some others for few hundred of years in some cases! LOL.

    Actually
    I did know all that stuff. Back in the olden days (as my kids call it) they used to teach us things like that. I'm not so sure about now. I guess history just keeps growing and it would take all day to teach the students all I learned plus what's happened in American history since I went to school. We just keep making history! LOL
