I friended his mom and sister on facebook. His sister told me a couple of days ago that it's been very hard, but that he appreciates the comments from people on the board. So I'm assuming they've been able to share with him. That's all I know at this time. I'll see what else I can find out. I miss him so...

Thoughts
Yes thoughts of them are always on my mind. They have been such a great inspiration on this board and for that I'm grateful. Often think about Johnnybgood and haven't heard from her in a long time. Hope that they are all peaceful and know they are in God's hands.

Jonnybegood said she was leaving the board, at least for an extended period. I think her doctor said she needed a break from cancer.0 -

Annabelle41415----Thank You for thinking of Johnnybegood. I am her mother in Arizona and although I have never posted, I read the board quite a bit. I see what a great group of people you all are through all your heartwarming and unfortunately heartbreaking stories. I have not been able to visit her since I left her in April 2009, but talk to her frequently. I was able to be with her through chemo, radiation, surgery, and then reversal, but then had to fly home home to help my husband who was recovering from surgery. She is doing pretty well, seems to be holding the beast at bay, but was never able to return to work, so they are in financial difficulty as so many of us are now. She would like to find some job that doesn't require standing for 12 hours at a time, but is very limited in opportunities where she lives. The neuropathy is somewhat better. I did recommend Alpha Lipoic Acid so maybe she is taking it. My husband takes it for his diabetic neuropathy and it helps him a lot. I will tell her that you asked about her the next time we speak. Take Care.
