Same feeling
My grandmother has been gone for 23 years now and yes, although maybe not as strong now as it once was, I do still feel like that. I would have whole conversations in my head with her after she passed like she was still here, it gave me some comfort and helped me adjust to her being gone.
Your mom will always be in your heart, I'm sorry for your loss.

Yes
my brother-in-law passed 2 years ago and he frequently pops up unexpectedly, especially when I drive his car and turn on the radio and the song seems to be a message. I swear my mother-in-law who passed this May helped me find a bed and breakfast in Prescott, AZ. The room looked just like what she would have in Las Cruces. Of course can't prove any of this but hey the feeling is strong for me and that's what matters.

Hi Krystie,
My Dad has been
Hi Krystie,
My Dad has been gone for about 10 years now and I can still feel him around. It still feels surreal to me that he is not here anymore. We were very close. It hurt so much to lose him but as the saying goes, time does make the pain a little easier. I do still talk to him and wish he was here to answer.
Please take care of yourself, your Mom is watching over you right now

Wendy and I just lost our son (wendy's son) just over a month ago, and honestly I dont know if its denial or what, but I personally feel like its a bad dream, like everyday I have to tell myself Mike is gone, I find it so hard to believe its real, but like you said I cant call him, or email him, so those things make it real. But watching my partner go through so much pain is a constant reminder that its real too. All I can do for Wendy is be there and reassure her that in time she will feel better, not that it takes the pain away, but in time she will hopefully be able to handle it a bit better. Right now she cries everyday, and has some days where she just sleeps because she is so sad, but she does have some good days too, and I try to help where I can.
You and your mom were very close, and I believe she will always be with you, no matter what, not in this world but forever in your heart and mind! I believe you will see her in many things that you do, that you will feel her and her love and that you will always have her!
Hugs

I lost my husband in July and not a day goes by where I don't turn to tell him something or pick up the phone to call him. They say it gets better, but never leaves you completely

I wish I had felt this way
I always thought that even when my mom was gone I would be able to feel her spirit with me, that people die but love does not. She died from colon cancer 5-5-06 and I remember telling my friends that I did not feel her with me, I just felt lost, alone and very distressed about it.
Since then I have been able to feel her more with me, especially when I was diagnosed and going through chemo, I think she helped carry we through it. But it took many years for me to able to feel her with me again. I did however have a dream shortly after she passed where I truly believe it was her telling me she was happy, at peace, and how wonderful Heaven is.
I am sorry for your loss, I am glad you feel her presence with you, that is a blessing0 -

I've lost most of my family, my mother and father, both brothers and my husband. I feel all of them are with me at different times even though I can't pick up the phone and call or "see" them. They're all with me. I'm sorry for your loss. Jane0 -
I see my mum in my dreams
and feel her around me. She comes to me in dreams often, and even told me of my dad secretly getting married to another woman (it was true even had it published in a UK magazine). So my dad is always weary when I tell him that mum has been to see me, he can't get away with anything now. lol0
