a new update on Diana and I

Hello everyone, we are doing ok. Been a week since I buried my mom last wednesday, I have been very very sad about losing her along with my dear Ed. Diana and I are doing ok, trying to chill out, sort things out in our minds. Been trying to just sit and relax, go through cards, etc., still reading this website, following different stories.
Life has been a chain of events for us this year as many of you know, was wondering how is Sherri and Jim doing, has anyone heard from them? I think about them all the time. Miss Eddie terriby, stopped up at his grave today, he is buried on our street, can walk to the graveyard, stopped there and talked to him a bit, I think he and my mother are at peace now and together.,feel some sort of weird relief that they are together. Just wanted to say "hello" and let you guys know that we are ok. Everyday is hard but we are together and helping each other, I thank God I have my daughter by my side, don't know what I would do without her.

    You had a horrible year...Last year in Jan had a total knee revision and a month my Mom passed and then in July my dh was diagnosed with ec...there were days...I was glad to see 2009 go away.

    I feel about our son as you do about having your daughter by your side.

    My son and prayer got me through some awful times.

    My prayers still go up for you.

    Hi Linda,
    Glad you are checking in with us and letting us all know how you are doing. Losing 2 loved ones so close together cannot be easy and you and Diana had such a rough time going thru all you did with Ed. I am glad you are comforted by your Mom and Ed going so close and being together. Hope you and Diana rest and recuperate your spirits. Sounds like a little road trip of some sorts would be good for you. Whatever you do, I hope your hearts and spirits heal. You both did all you could for your loved ones and you can rest easy knowing that was your most precious gift to them. take care, my thoughts and prayers will stay with you.
