HOW SOON AFTER A MASTECTOMY CAN YOU WEAR A BRA?

    I had my mastectomy April
    I had my mastectomy April 2nd and I just had my exchange 2 weeks ago and the PS told me yesterday that I can start looking for a bra, I tried to wear one today and It wasn't very comfortable I really don't care if I wear one or not, it depends on what I want to wear that day!

    I think it depends on if you had both or one removed and did you have expanders put in?
    I had a bilateial mastectomy with expanders put in and i couldnt wear a bra with my expanders cuz they were spaced to far apart and couldnt find a bra to fit. I had the implants put in mid july and about a month after that was the first time i wore a bra since the mastectomy and to be honest i hate bras now and prefer to not use them anymore. But after the mastectomy i did wear the camasole thing with the cotton boobs until my expanders started to fill out.
