Results are in - clear, just a little fat.. by New Flower
Last week during routine check up my oncologist found a swollen lymph node under my armpit. Due to my medical history it was a very serious concern. The tests have been done today. I am happy to share that Mammogram is clear, no suspicious areas. Ultrasound: lymph node size 0.91 cm is a fat tissue, no biopsy is required. I wish my body could find a better place to store fat!!! Doctor suggested to monitor this node and if it continue to grow come back for follow up.
I am glad that we check it up and can relax now.
Thank you everybody for positive thoughts and good wishes. It was a tough week for my family and me. I celebrated by walking on the beach. Sunset was wonderful today!

You were washing soup off your armpit, I smell a story there....
But joking aside, I am SOOOOO happy for you. Don't hate that
moment, you stop breathing for a while and time stands still...
a second seems to take a life time. Then finally the news you
have been waiting for...
ONE word just EXHALE!!

we all understand it was soap. Yes that moment ... just gently was moving my arm and ... my life was changed forever. It is a horror story..
I was my husband's birthday.
As for soup you made me laugh tonight.Thanks0 -

it could be fun I guess if my husband ate soup off me and did not find anything and keep going....
Thank you for a poem. Stopped breathing ... inhale, then stop and wonder and could not exhale... That was long time ago
Today is a new day so we are happy exhaling and celebrate!0 -

That is GREAT news New Flower. I'll take a little fat anyday over my other option. Now, go and celebrate and enjoy your weekend. I live one half a block from the ocean and also LOVE my daily walks on the beach. We have gorgeous sunrises over here on the east coast. Take care.0 -

I am thrill by the vision of you walking on the beach at sunset, Oh to live in Southern California - it's makes one forget about our Earthquakes, Traffic, Smog and over population. A little slice of Heaven.
Strength and Courage - and good Health .

Hi New Flower,
That's awesome news! Good for you. Glad you got to walk on the beach. That is always so comforting. We made it to Myrtle Beach last Saturday, but had to turn around Sunday and come back for the birth of my granddaughter. Did't get to walk on the beach, but we did get to see it! That's okay, I wanted to come home.0 -

New Flower, I'm having a hard time working up any sympathy for you here, because I've met you -- and I'm quite certain that fat deposit under your arm is the ONLY place you've got fat! :-)
Big hug to you,
Traci0
