Painful liver mass

I have been treating for metastatic colorectal cancer for 3 years. 6 months ago I was told that the Folfiri I was on was effective in treating the 2 liver mets that I had and my liver was then clean. My recent CT scan earlier this month shows a new and large mass in the right lobe of my liver that has been causing alot of pain/discomfort. I am now on Folfox (one treatment so far) I didn't have any of the cold sensativity side effects yet but was sick to my stomach for 5 days. Has anyone been on Folfox that was effective on treating lung and liver mets?

    Yes, mine shrunk to the point where they couldn't see one, until they opened me up for a liver resection, tiny but it was still there.

    My liver and lung mets had a great response to Folfox. Nothing showed up in the lungs after a few treatments, and the liver mets shrunk about 50% so that I could have surgery. Liver and lung mets are back -never completely left really - and I'm hoping for a good response from Folfori.
