Sorry you're feeling crappy
Sorry you're feeling crappy - hopefully it's just a day or 2 for you, followed by an upswing. You're doing it! Your posts are an inspiration to me i'm at the halfway point & already feeling exhausted, physically & mentally. If crawling out is the only way that I'll be able to get through it -then crawl I will.
I hope your appointment goes well for you, and that you get to feeling better every day!!
*hugs*

You're almost there. Keep up that fighting spirit. We're all there walking with you, cheering you on, holding you up. I have my cheerleading outfit on (picture that with me at age 57!), I'm shaking those pom-poms and yelling at the top of my lungs,
"Go, go Cavediver"
"Fight, fight Cavediver"
"Win, win, Cavediver"!!!

You're Almost There -
I know how tought that last cycle can be - I think I actually got more impatient with that one because you just want to get past it. One day at a time and that light at the end of the tunnel will get bigger and you will start feeling better!0 -
don't give up...
There are two positives to having hard days...first your good cells are fighting and regrouping after kicking the butts of those bad cells...
Second, by feeling so bad now you will really, really feel good when the bad day is gone...much love, shy0 -
Chemo sessions
are cummulative. It's like a wave crashing down one on top of the other. I struggled with 5 & 6.
You'll make it!! Just focus on the fact that this is it! You're done with Chemo. I found that radiation was not nearly half as bad as chemo.
You're an inspiration!

of the tunnel? I sure hope so. I remember crying my eyes out on day 6 because I was beginning to think I was never going to feel "normal" again, then all of a sudden the air clears and I was on my way. You can do this!!! Do you feel us pushing you and cheering for you at the end of the tunnel!~@! WE're all there waiting to pull you out and celebrate together!!0 -

Completion of chemo is a HUGE accomplishment...
Glad you're done! And we're all holding flashlights for you, at the very end of the tunnel. You're damn close now... Take your time, we can wait for ya!
Kind regards, Susan0 -
So happy for you
I am so so happy that you are finished with chemo. Knowing that this will be the last time to have to get through all the icky stuff maybe make it easier to crawl out. I'm so happy for you. I one more left myself and I can't wait.
Almost time for you to do the happy dance ~~~~~~
So proud of you

still on my knees this morning
Back to the severe intestinal pains again......I am bent over and hardly able to walk this morning! Chills and sweats....just gotta love this, eh? I know it will pass in a few days...have to go for my #5 of 7 neupogen shot this morning. Oh, the radiology consult was a joke....the doc was 1.5 hours late in her appointments...I wanted to walk out... then she told me less that what I have learned here. "Everyone is different, I may get bad fatigue, maybe not. 6.5 weeks of rads....oh joy! Anyway, Monday I go for the CT scan to get this process started..... I think I will have crawled out of the chemo tunnel before then..you will all be the first to know!!!! Thanks again for your support.0 -

Hang in there!! Keep scratching and clawing and when it's over treat yourself to a fabulous mani/pedi!
In all seriousness, you are loved and we're all thinking about you.

I have also learned more on this board than I did from the docs. If you don't know anything about the reason you're there, they certainly aren't going to tell you anything. I hope these next few days finds you feeling better. Yes, you are almost there. Keep crawling. It will be just a memory before long.
Lots of hugs,

so sorry you're hurting so much )-: I do hope you feel better before the rads all start. Doesn't sound like you have a very compasionate radiologist. Glad the sisters who post give lots of info! Hang in there. You are a very strong person and you've come a long way. You will get through this too!
