To all you Caregivers
As each of us cancer survivors go through hell and back we sometimes forget the chain that drags our caregivers through hell with us. At this time I would just like to say thanks to each of you caregivers, for with out you there would be no survivors.
And thanks to my Wife who has put up with me for 36 years, I still love you and always will.

So Sweet
Hondo , my husnad and I sent our 36 anniversary in the infusion room , it was his first day of Chemo. Now Our 37 year has come and gone. We did what we always do tell each other how much we love each other.
Love is what it is, no need for fancy things or dimonds. It is in our hearts. You said it the best!
Happy Anniversary to you both.0 -
How sweetLittle_C said:Grateful
Thank you so much! My husband and I have been together for 30 years and last night we had a good talk with him telling me pretty much what you said. It makes us caregivers feel good to know we're appreciated :-)
Congratulations to you and your wife.
Sometimes it's the little things that mean the most. When I went thru cancer treatments my mom-in-law was there. I will forever be grateful. I also know if she needs me for anything I will be there for her. I thank God for my mom-in-law.0 -
36 years and wishing you many more
Hondo,
Congratulations to you and your wife for your 36th anniversary and hoping you have many more together.
You have always been a person to acknowledge and champion the role of the caregiver and I personally want to thank you for that. Even little words of gratitude or encouragement mean so much to us and enable all of us to keep fighting right along beside our loved ones.
Cancer is hard on every life that it touches but you are living proof that it can also bring us closer together and enrich the relationships we have.
Thank you for your previous supportive posts and thank you for once again lifting us up enough that we can carry on.0 -

I too would like to thank my lovely husband who has stood firmly by my side.0
