In a good size pan with a bit of garlic oil, Saute fresh diced onion and garlic about 1/4 onion/ 3 garlic cloves - to taste, if you love onion and garlic by all means add more.
Dice three medium size red potatoes, add to pan
cook on medium heat for about 7 minutes, stir and cook up potatoes a bit, sprinkle turmeric seasoning (cancer fighting) over all, and add some salt, I use Kosher or sea salt

Dice 3 medium tomatoes and add to pan, move around a bit, until tomato starts to cook a bit....I like tomato juice, and it is so good for us, so I add a can of stewed tomatoes.

Top the pan with a couple bags of fresh spinach, add pepper

Now simmer covered. Stir/toss now and then to get spinach cooked.

Salt to taste

I have added broccoli, another time asparagus, and even squash to change it up.

I have made it also with only squash and added a bit of colby cheese cheese to melt in, at the end. I really think you will like this dish.

And you can add chicken to it too....

    This sounds fantastic!
I think I will try this; it sounds delicious + filled with cancer-fighting ingredients. I want to try it. Did you make this recipe yourself?

    Thanks!
Yep, I cook as I go! I meant to say olive oil, not garlic oil, but both would work.

You know if I cook, I take a spoonful of the dish out then sprinkle some Turmeric or Ginger on it and see how it tastes, if it's good then I sprinkle over everything. Ginger is a bit spicy so I add it to my Tomato Basil Soup, eggs, and things that could use a bit of spicy.... I do this only because I try to get the spices in my some how and like you I don't have many recipes. I try and be creative, and not scared to do it! Food is never the same in this house. Like I would add turmeric to a rice dish. Add Ginger or Turmeric to a tomato dish, even a scallop potato dish, because some make the dish with with paprika...

I don't cook Indian Food, which is cooked with Turmeric and actually, I've never even tasted it...that, is my next restaurant. I have been wanting to try it for awhile.
