My bag keeper
If any one is interested, I put a photo of my “night time bag keeper” on the expressions page.
The blue fabric is stretch nylon from an old swim suit of Susie’s. The other is from a T-shirt. You adjust it with the 4 Velcro tabs. The stretch nylon keeps it tight but lets the bag fill with no problem. This will keep the crap off of me.

Wonderful Susie
You are a lucky man.
Your Susie not only takes excellent care of you but is also an inventor!
Just give a woman a problem and she will solve it! LOL

bag was damn close to exploding
Woke up this morning and the bag was damn close to exploding. I mean that sucker was full of gas and crap.
The bag keeper did its job perfectly. The stretch nylon part let it do its expansion thing. What worked great was to head to the john – kneel down and just undo the 4 Velcro tabs to get to the bag. Then talk about your power dump. That damn bag emptied in less then a second at full blast.
Not to steal Scary old woman’s thunder, but I designed it and she made it. It was a joint project. Kind of like our 45 years of marriage.
Got that damn surgery drain removed this morning. Wow, I think he had tied it to my left testicle. Sure feel great having that the color of gone.

I hope you are keeping a 'bag' diary so that you can make your millions by putting all these tales in a book...lol.
Don't want to burst your bubble or bag, but ConvaTec ( and I suspect other major manufact) makes a drainable pouch that has a charcoal air filter built in. This allows for the release of gas so it does not build up in the pouch. The charcoal is to control odor on the expelled gas.
Glad to hear you and the scarey old woman are a team. 45 yrs is great!
Take care, hug the scary old woman and keep the stories comming.
