First Oncologist appointment in 6 month.
Tomorrow is my first Oncology appointment in six month after having the Zevalin Treatment in December. Did have a cat scan in March. But had to see the nurse practioner. Since my dr was out of town. But cat scan was good.
I am having some questions for him. I need to know about the muscle aches and hip pain that wakes me up every night.
So will see what he has on his mind.I just always want to ask questions but when I get there I just get blank. That makes me so mad.
I do want to ask him how you know when it is not in your bone marrow anymore. I had it in the bone marrow. Was stage 4.
I was diagnosed since 04. Hope you all are doing well.
Hilde

Hi Hilde, just a suggestion, write your questions down on paper first, and bring someone with you, I know the feeling of forgetting to ask questions! My wife actually has a notebook that we started, we jot things down, comes in handy later on.... I'm stage 4 with bone marrow involvement. Keep us posted! Vinny0 -

Hope you got all of your questions answered today...please share back when you get any news. Have a good day...

Well did ask what I could. My blood work dropped some , but he did not seem to be too concerned about that. He gave me a script for a X-Ray of my hip. So will do that next week.
I have to get a cat scan in November, Then see the Oncologist again December 8th.
I suppose you just have to get trust the dr. They deal with this every day.
Had my port flushed too. So that was that.
Hope you all have a wonderful day and are doing well.

So glad to hear from you. Hope everything goes OK with the hip and they figure out whats up. Also good luck with the November CT scan. You have been feeling OK? I just had my first follow up CT after having the Zevalin in April and all was clear. Next one won't be until late January. My blood work was back to normal but was told it can take up to a year so hang in there. Mary0
