Question about hair loss
Like I said I'm a newcomer to this and in the whole scheme of things this seems to be trivial but I would welcome anybody's input.
Thank you.

buzz
I didn't lose my hair, but watched my neighbor lose hers over and over again. It help her just to get it over with. I think the Buzz Cut is a good idea and nothing is Trivial about this journey. There comes a point when it hits you and it is all to real, some people its the hair and me it was the Port going in.
I didn't relax until the day the Port Came out.
god bless

hello, I was told I would
hello, I was told I would lose my hair. Since I am a woman I went ahead and bought a wig, scarves and hats. It was kind of like an obsession, That was the first time. The second time it came out I decided I wasn't going to wear a wig, so I bought more hats and scarves. This was short lived .I went back to the wig when I was out of the house.
I started losing my hair shortly after chemo started. At first, my hair follicles were sore and then the hair started coming out rapidly so I shaved it off. It really never bothered me to lose it,I just had this head gear thing going on.
Your hair might just thin out.Regardless, for some it is dramatic. I think men look very good with shaved heads.

Thanks for your comments. Yesterday morning I decided to get a buzz cut after losing more hairs. I feel good that I took control of an uncontrollable situation. I realize that men have it easier than women in this hair-obsessed society but I just wanted to share how empowered I feel after doing this.
Thanks again to my good friends. Paul0 -
