    Still coughing
Still have that dry cough! Had a scan back in June and all okay, but now the cough is more frequent, I think I will get an allergy shot, I am out of solutions.

    acid reflux
The cough continued with my husband after the blood pressure meds changed, helped at first and then the cough came back. They then decided it may be acid reflux. Tried Prilosec first and that helped some and now he is taking Nexium. No cough...I read a post sometime back about acid reflux causing some problems for others, too....Hope this helps.

    Take care

    Take care

    I use Benadryl
at night along with a humidifier (cool air not the one that gives out hot air) and cleared up my cough right away. Not sure if you 've given this a try but haven't had a cough since :)

    me, too!
Wow. I've been wondering the same thing. I've been having a cough and hoarse, dry throat for about 3 weeks now. When I saw my primary care doctor a week ago, I mentioned it to him, and he wasn't too concerned since I've never smoked. If it doesn't go away, I will mention it again. Just because! And I know all of y'all know what I mean.

    *hugs*

    I will try them.
I will try them. You are correct about acid reflex I remember reading that too. I may need to get back on my acifex because the tequila shot is not working! ;[

Well at least it wasn't long
Well at least it wasn't long enough to braid it!!!! LOL

    LOL Kathy
I live in Santa Cruz, 1/4 of the women around here (apparently the 60's never left Santa Cruz) could braid their armpits and their leg hair!!! LMAO, glad I'm not one of them!!!
Which reminds me, I went for a CT Scan on Tuesday, and you know how you have to have your arms stretched beyond your head? Then I remember, darn, once again, it's been a week since I shaved the darn armpits. Poor CT tech, oh well, Santa Cruz, again, so he's probably used to way worse!!!

If I were so worried about
If I were so worried about metastasis, I would use cimetidine (orignally branded, Tagamet) instead of "more modern" proton pump inhibitors, because cimetidine is a demonstrated VEGF inhibitor and activator of dendritic cells. My spouse does, so far so good, CRC peritoneal invasion areas were necrosed in 4 weeks at surgery. We used a lot of alternative specific nutrients before surgery with credible reports from known researchers (MD/PhDs from Merck, Takeda etc).

I would also consider things like PSK and modified pectins/alginate with heavy supplements.
