I would like to give my formal condolences to Donna's family? Does anyone have her last name and the state she lived in so we all could let her entire family know what she meant to us.

I also wanted to see if we could take a donation and as a group send flowers or help with the finances... something from Our Colon Cancer Family. I realized that at a time like this Donna's family is vulnerable to people who search the web for addresses and personal information to take advantage of the situation. I have been told that when the obituaries are in the paper people break into the house during the funeral services so you should always have someone at the house. This may sound a little paranoid but we all have to be careful what information we post. I'm not sure how to get around this but maybe someone else has some ideas.

I respect Donnas family and want to help protect them from people who may try to take advantage of the situation. I never would have thought this way unless the people at the mortuary warned us about it. Hope this is taken the right way. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Big Hugs and Prayers.

I have not heard back from the family yet and i would never post thier address on here. I did ask if there were an alternate address to send things to that it is not their home.
As soon as I or anyone else knows anything we can arrange something.

    Arrangements
I don't think posting the arrangements would be a problem. If they are posted in any paper you can google it pretty easy.

Brooks has Donna's address so send him a pm, he will pm you his address, and you can filter stuff for Donna's family through him.

Brooks has it. He collected some cards and sent them to Donna just before she passed away.

I meant no offense Brooks, I was just using geotina's word, and I'm sure she meant no offense either, what we did mean was your help in getting her the cards was GREATLY appreciated.
I just meant it would be hard to have FTD send the flowers for you to send on to Donna's family.

What I really wanted was her last name and the state that she lives in. That way you can go to legacy.com and sign the online guest book and the could read those whenever they wanted.
