Whoo-hoo! It's getting so close I can hardly stand it. Hmmmm....how to celebrate?! Banana split is still in the running. Although so is a massage and the REALLY crazy idea of getting my pink ribbon tattoo embellished! It's so lonely and plain! LOL. I've been thinking for awhile now about maybe putting some flowers around it or something. Decisions, decisions!! LOL. I could make the choice easy and do all three! But that's getting a little pricey! LOL.

Thanks for the Concern, BUTGregStahl said:Tattoo
Talk with your Dr before getting a tattoo, you want to make sure your not still at risk for infection.
Whatever you decide to do....have a blast.....YOU DESERVE IT!!!!!
It's a little too late for that! I have 3 already! LOL. Got all three of them LONG after my BC treatment. I call them my mid-life crisis tattoos! LOL. Got the first one when I turned 40 (a cross), a pink ribbon at 41 and an autism puzzle peace at 42. I skipped age 43 and 44. LOL.Getting the urge again, but not sure I need or really want another one. So, thought I could add on to the pink ribbon because it's so plain and it would squelch the urge! Just They're kinda of addicting. And this is coming from a girl who never in a million years thought she would every get a tattoo! LOL.
Best,

congrats sweetie pie
I think what ever you do you should celebrate with the little cutie in your picture. Go for it, banana split, lobster whatever you like. It's your time to treat yourself for all your hard work in getting healthy.
Me, i have 12 more to go and counting. Seems like it's been so long but lying there on the table every day has given me time to think and realize how lucky I am to have been born in a time of great technology. Of course, I would love to be here the day radiation and chemo are a thing of the past and maybe just a pill would do it.
Speaking of pills I am starting on Arimedex right after my radiation ends so I am praying for little or no side effects from that. Don't understand why insurance does not pay for these medications, that is also something I would like to see end, insurance companies denying medication for healing.
Off my soapbox, Congrats again Sally, enjoy your freedom, Rosey0
