I had the EMG testing done
I had the EMG testing done on my hands and feet to see if this was Chemo Related Neuropathy, and yes it was. I feel it mostly on the balls of my feet. But the hands are still numb but they hurt if this makes sense? It feels like my feet are swollen and they aren't. It is getting better a little at a time. I did not expericnce Neuropathy until the chemmo ended last august.

The EMG testing was done on my hands and feet. It showed Chemo Related Neuropathy to my feet. The pain in my hands is due to Carpel Tunnel. I find it strange that it's Carpel Tunnel to both hands right after Chemo. Maybe the chemo made it worse?? They will have me going to therapy, if that doesn't work to ease the pain, then they will have to do surgery on both hands. NO WAY, no more surgery....unless life threatening.0 -

I had carpel tunnel in one hand that lasted a long time. I didn't have chemo, and this was way before cancer, anyway. I didn't want to do surgery, so I got a brace and wored that for a long time, and it eventually got better. I would try that before surgery.
