This little man next to the user name ,what does it mean?
why it does not appear next to me?

    If you
    click on the little man icon it will add "you" to other's friends list. Hold your mouse cursour over the little man.

    Thank you nudgie but when I do that
    is giving me the option to add somebody to my friends list, OK i add some body
    but the little man does not appear next to my, why?

    It may not show when you log
    It may not show when you log in because you cannot friend yourself. I see the "little man" next to your name and put you on my friends list!
