Thoughts here people!!! Need them. Everything you see is for breast cancer. There was on Celebrity Apprentice a rock stars wife, named "Sharon" can't remember the last, chemo fog, pretty sure I remember it somewhere in the dark recesses of my so called file cabinet in my mind.
So, how do I start something, a charity for people that can't afford a colonoscopy??? Had I been able to afford one I would have done it before I was stage IV.
I'm sure there are ones far more clever then I to figure out how to.
If they can be diagnosed without cost, then there are ways, medicaid, medical, etc., to help after the diagnosis.
What can this be called? What can we do as a group to bring the BLUE, not just the pink to the foreground for research??? We can save more lives.
Thoughts, ideas, all appreciated.

That would be Sharon Osborne. Sharon Osborne is a colorectal cancer survivor. I'm not sure of her exact diagnosis but she did have surgery and I think treatment for colorectal cancer. Try and get a letter to her through Apprentice show. Many celebrities with colorectal cancer, my opinion only, don't do much for the cause.

Her husband is Ozzy Osbourne. I believe she was Stage 3.

I agree with you. I love my cancer sisters (and some brothers) who have been through breast cancer, but does it all have to be about that? Blue's always ben my favorite color, anyway.

I wish more was done for colon cancer too. My son told me that there is so much attention paid to breast cancer because boobs are sexy colons are not. I wish all the best for those stricken with breast cancer but wish more attention was paid to all cancers.

    Feelin' a little ripped off
When I was first dx, no lie, my daughter and I looked up the color for colon ca, and one web site said it was brown. I thought, this is wrong on so many levels. Sometimes I feel kinda like I have the "wrong cancer". Maybe we could start a campaign and call it "save the poop shoot"?
