Today I finished Radiation am happy. No more going to the everyday. The people there were so nice. It will seem weird not having to be somewhere for treatment. But I'm not sure what normal is anymore since finding out I had the beast. Still new to this site.

    You'll find your way!
Your "old normal" is gone, but a "new normal" will step up shortly. You'll see. Take time to heal physically, mentally, and spiritually, as all of you has had quite a hit, and quite a toll has been taken. Takes a bit of time, but it does happen.

Do something wonderful for yourself as a way of celebrating the New you, and have fun! I think a triple chocolate something is in order............

    Congratulations on your RadGrad
Hope you are planning a bit of a celebration for completing this phase of your treatment. Any plans for the time you will have free now that the rad tx is over? It is a good time to redefine "normal" and getting on with living life. Build in sometime for enjoying yourself and finding pleasant moments everyday.

    YEAH!
Another radgrad, that is fantastic! It is odd when all treatment is completed and we are left on our own. You will find you new normal as time goes on, right now you should be celebrating, how absolutely wonderful, CONGRATS!

That is a wonderful feeling, but also a little disorienting, as you noticed, to be finished with treatment.

You WILL find your new normal, and it will be filled with joy!

    Congratulations!
