GRAVEY UPDATE GOOD NEWS :)
A quick update, Im now 7 months past my final radiation treatment, and I have come to some realizations. One, my body has recouped MUCH faster than my brain has, I was physically trying and doing things before I think my mind was ready to let me. I am MUCH better now. I can really say of all the side affects the few that I have left are the tinitus, which sometimes I have been able to tune it out, quiet rooms are probably the worst. And dry throat, I wont really say mouth anymore, because my saliva has returned pretty well in that area, but at night especially I will sleep with my mouth open, and when I wake, have significant dry throat.
I am doing overall much better though guys. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. for it all. I will be back more frequently, just needed some time to get more used to my new norm, and try to get back some of my old norm too. Definitely have been able to come to more of a balance with that.
Love you all,
GRAVEY

I am sooooo happy!
This is the best news I have heard all week! I know exactly what you mean about body recouping faster over the mind. Your side effects seem to be subsiding quite well. I think we learn to compensate for them, which becomes the new norm. I wish you all the best in life and continuous healing in mind, body and spirit! I am glad to hear your great news, and grateful for the support you have given me in the past. Stay strong Gravey & keep pressing forward! Congrats!

LOL, only you would think of that ;-)
We were up your way (Concord) a few weeks ago. Went up in and around the White Mts. and drove over to Portsmouth. Beautiful area and nice golf courses. Hope to get back up and around there within the next few months.

Yes, NH is beautiful and we do have some excellent golf courses. Portsmouth is beautiful, one of my favorite cities in NH. When you were in Concord you were about 35 minutes south of me.
Glad you enjoyed your visit and I hope the weather was beautiful while you were here.

It sounds like you're well on your way to finding your new normal.
That's a good thing.
