When my journey started a friend, whose mom had bc 35 years ago, gave me a book called "why I wore lipstick to my mastecomy". I have sumce donated it to the local library. The author is the same woman who wrote "sex on the city". I recommend it. As you read, you laugh, you cry, and remember feeling spacific ways. I really enjoyed it. It discusses how there are things that we cannot control, but we can control when we wear lipstick and I intentionally did put lipstick on this am. This was just my opinion and thought I would share. Ohhhhhhb, it is non-fiction.
