• Avoid foods that are high in fat
• Eat saltine crackers, pretzels, jell-o or soup
• Drink small amounts of liquid often
• Don’t drink a lot with meals
• When you can’t eat, trying drinking liquid nutrition supplements and/or electrolytes.
• Get plenty of fresh air.
• Do some gentle exercise like walking
• Distract your self with a hobby, reading a book, playing cards or watching a movie. Do not feel guilty for listening to your body. This is the time to relax.
• Do not be afraid to ask for help especially when you have to cook. You may want to avoid strong smells
• Most important, get plenty of sleep

All very good advise. I also tried to eat something every 2-3hours, even if it was some fruit or cheese and crakers. Just like when I was pregnant.

    I liked the oyster crackers.
I liked the oyster crackers. I also drank a clear liquid protein drink called enlive that I first received in the hospital. then ordered it online. Its also good to have some crackers before you get out of bed.

    My two cents
There's a great ginger tea, the brand is called Yogi, it did wonders for me.

And another thing is to use and alcohol soaked towelette, if your sniff it
the nausea disappears, no idea why but it truly works.

    I was fortunate...
any twinges of nausea I had were quickly relieved sipping on room temperature Canada Dry ginger ale.
