    Update on Sherri22

    Hi this is Sherri's lil sis I wanted to take a moment and let you all know how she is doing because everyone has been so supportive and I know you all are concerned... What a long day yesterday was ,surgery was to be @ 10:00 things ran behind and she didn't get into surgery until 2:00pm.. I must say Clevland is a wonderful place..Surgery went great the tumor was confined to her pelvis area the doctor was able to remove it,and felt that once she heals from the surgery he will go in and take the spot off her lung and said that she would be cancer free.. This has been a very long battle for everyone a huge roller coaster ride with lots of ups and downs.But I must say that I feel that we have reached the TOP OF THE ROLLER COASTER and we are NOT coming back down....Sherri was so cute when we saw her being wheeled out of recovery to her room ,we anxiously told her the good news and as she was half asleep she looked up and said Thank God...So then as we was ready to leave and wished her sweet dreams she looked at the entire family and said I love you guys.... I'am sure that as soon as she gets out of the hospital she will have a post,But I just couldn't wait to share the good news and I also didn't want everyone that is on the board and so concerned to worry,and I'am
    absolutely positive that she will not mind me sharing this wonderful news. Sonjia

    WONDERFUL news, tell her we're thinking of her, wishing her a speedy recovery, and sooo GLAD they got it removed successfully!!!

    what kind of surgery and where are you getting it done? As you can see I am home now recovering. not doing bad though, my prayers will be with you for sure. I am adding you to my friend list you can pm me anytime any questions I will answer if I know the answer.
