How & where to donate for Sundance magazine or send shipping info.

Good morning semi colons, I hope everybody had a safe and enjoyable 4th of July. As you know our friend Craig(Sundanceh) will be having a magazine article published in August about his DaVinci surgery.

If you are so inclined, you may donate to cover postage and shipping materials. But don't feel it is required. I know money can be tight when dealing with cancer, so if you can't donate that is fine. Craig wants everybody who wants a copy to get one, and that will happen. So if you are unable to donate, just send me a PM or email with your name,screen name and address to send the magazine to.

At this point, we have no idea how much shipping materials and postage will be, so just donate what you can, or feel would be appropriate.

You can donate via PayPal if you have a PayPal account, if not send me a PM and I will give you my address and you can send funds to me which I will forward to Craig to cover costs. If you PM me please use the format I will show below which will help us keep track of how many copies of the magazine are needed and where to send them.

If using PayPal when you click on the send money tab, please click on the Personal tab and select the other button, this will help to keep any PayPal fees on my end to a minimum.


Please use the following format under the email to recipient portion when using PayPal.

Where it says Subject: please put in Sundanceh
Where it says message: please put in your information as shown below, include your screen name also, so we can keep everything straight.
