Yesterday my husband and I and my 18 year old son were driving down the road, I commented on the amount of road kill there was and we ( my husband and i talked) about the road kill we had seen, there has been alot of deer lately I said and he pointed out an armadillo in the middle of the road, trying not to hit it agian, I said they ought to get the convicts to pick up all this road kill, and my husband said he was sure the game warden was responsible for cleaning it up,

My son piped in from the back seat " why does the gay warden have to pick it up, why are they picking on him, do they make the gay warden do it because he gay? ( he was completely serious)

I about peeded my pants as my husband played into it with comments like what else is the gay warden for, thats why they hired him,

"how'd they knw he's gay and is that legal "

I had to pipe in " no its not a Gay Warden, Its the Game Warden

Life is funny

    funny
That is pretty funny, but I doubt you will find any game wardens removing dead animals from the roadside. In most cases there are private companies contracted to remove them. Many states and counties use inmates. Other counties have employees whose job description involve carcass removal. You're much more likely to see a highway patrol officer moving a carcass than game warden.

    Road kill
I went to a Texas Ho - Down one time in a small town where they served road kill stew. It was a cow somebody ran over and it was made in a huge pot that was sitting right in the middle of the room. The game warden was there but I am not sure what his sexual preferance was.

    Our Game Wardens around here...
Wait... do we have any game wardens around here? Yes, but they're out trying to catch poachers and wild fishermen.

Our state cops pull dead critters off the road, the magpies and dogs and whatever take over. I know that my dog is head of this misfit pack. I have everything from deer legs, heads, testicles, and whatever else she can find. She's a disgusting little thing, but we love her anyway. She brings home other things, and it's all disgusting.

That is a HOOT of a story!
That is a HOOT of a story! It also shines a little light on how you raised your son. It maight have been misguided in this case, but he at least spotted a injustice and was not going to just let it pass, GOOD FOR YOU!

That story reminds me of a time when my son was young, we were at the park walking by the creek, I told him the name of the creek was "Buck Creek". He started laughing hard, I asked him what was so funny, he said "That someone named it "Butt Creek".

    Troll bridge
Here's my story, according to my Parents. My sister and I were in the back seat as we drove over a toll bride, but we misunderstood and were looking for the troll that lived under the bridge! LOL. My mom loves that story.
