Hi everyone,

so my hair is starting to grow back again. I had a lot off fuzz, it was
really soft and when I shave it, it looked like dust bunnies.

But now it is coming back grey and white in some places...

Should I shave it again? I was so excited about it

Mine was the same color as yours
I just let it grow til it was long enough to color it. Salt and pepper isn't me. Now I'm a reddish color.

    White Hair
My hair came back white where it was already white. What was reddish blonde is now a funkie grey. I have put up with the funkie grey for about 7yrs. now. As long as I have hair. As far as shaving your head, that won't make any difference what-so-ever. Let it grow, enjoy the soft curely baby hair while you have it, after that appreciate the fact you have hair again. That's about all you can do!

white can be pretty and some
white can be pretty and some people are prematurely gray. Our friend (a guy) used to dye his hair blond and we told him the white looked better, and he left it that way and it looks nice. My hair is dark with some gray, I am going to color it when I can. If it came in white I prob wouldnt

    Hi Ayse

I am 40 and my hair is also starting to come in with a lot of grey. Honestly I cant wait till its long enough so I can dye those greys away.

    Guten Morgen! I always said
Guten Morgen! I always said that first I was as bald as a cue ball, then I had baby chick fuzz, then newborn, then chia pet, then finger in light socket, and then ta-da! Something that kinda-sorta resembled actual hair again! Oh yeah...it was Jamie Curtis grey...but I am a "bottle baby" so that was easily remedied! I don't believe shaving it off again will make it come back auburn, or golden or raven! LOL

    Hugs,

    16?
That is really early. My friend had grey hair really young but
she was lucky it was only one streak and looked really stylish.

That was way before Cruella Deville, so in a way she was
    a trendsetter =)

    I'd trade you
I'd trade you if I could. I was so hoping that it would come back with grey/white but no luck. I'm 63 and there are maybe a dozen white in the VERY dark brown (think 'off black'). I get told in stores that I shouldn't dye it so dark - I look younger with it lighter! I don't dye it - it just grows taht way. (Inheritance - Mom's family all greyed early, Daddy's family basically never did even into their 90's!)

    You got yourself a deal!!!
    Susan,

I always dreamt of haven raven black hair. Both my mom and day did.
But somehow I turned out to be a blonde. My mom used to get teased
about me, since I was like an albino when I was born, they would ask
her about the milkman. She shaved my hair many times hoping that
    it would come back darker.

    So any time...I'll trade you = )

    COLOR
I think I want something outrageous. Like really black
    or really red or blonde!!!

You know how we women display changes in our lives
via changes in hair color =)

    mine
mine was dark brown with a little gray on the sides before treatment.
When mine grew in at first I thought it was going to be a light brown to dark blonde--Nope--it came in dark brown again but with more white--but it looks more like highlights---beautiful white.

I love my hair now--it was pin straight before and now it has curls on the sides and back and body wave on the top.

I am just hoping it stays like this--I don't want to have to blow dry it and use the curling iron every morning like before.

Margo-age 46--not going to color her hair--God gave me my hair back so it will stay the way he brought it back in.

    I HATE pink!
As long as I can remember - I have hated the color pink! I finally wore a pink t-shirt - A "Tough Enough To Wear Pink" because Son and "Son" (along with Hubby) ganged up on me and the only way they would 'let' me go to the Ranch Rodeo with them at the Black Hills Stock Show in Feb was for me to wear one too - so I did.

I did used to have a bright green wig I wore for St. Paddy's Day - but taht was decades ago. I've put battery powered lights in my hair pieces for Christmas - but me make my hair PINK = Anin't aGonna Happen - No Way - No How! LOL That's just me.

    I'm a natural blonde
but as i got older it grew darker and as I got even older the gray came (still coming) so I color it to get back to my natural blonde - My thoughts are... yes, blondes have more fun! But thats only because I am blonde. :)

    New Meaning for Pink
    I used to hat pink.

But now I associate with BC and with this board,
    therefore I now like pink.

i would definitely suggest coloring your hair. I used a store bought color the first time and then i went to a stylist to put blonde hi-lites in. My hair came back skunky. I keep my hair short now with hi-lites and i love it! However, i am back on chemo, so i will be losing it again. yikes
