    Hi Nudgie,

    Thank you so much for thinking about me!

    Next month I will be celebrating my 4th year being NED, well, very nearly. Just had a blood test last Friday, and will get the result in 2days.

    I am here, living it up, healthy, happy, if a bit overworked. I am enjoying life, working, reading, jumping rope, biking, planting tomatoes and having a blast composting. Next month I hope to ride in the LiveStrong Challenge again in San Jose, with all of you in my heart and memory - Terry, Kerry, Bud....
