free cleaning service for women with cancer in treatment???

A social worker friend sent me a website for a national organization that provides four monthly house cleanings for women in treatment. Don't know if it is legit. Site looks "good."

Caution: be careful with pain meds when strangers are in the home.

Hope this is for real.
