Thanks to all-Ned my new guy

I am dancing! And I want to thank everyone for the support, hugs and tips. I am so greatful to have so many friends that shared their hearts with me, directly and indirectly. The one truth I have found is that we share and understand something that friends and family don't, that we are changed and must find a "new normal" for us, not the "back to normal" that everyone thinks we should be.

M-Star thanks for the exercises (that you must have done at least 3 times now) I have added them to my schedule cause my incision site is tightening up a lot and I still have arm range of motion issues.

Tracy, I found that having a glass of juice with dinner instead of whatever, boosts my veggie/fruit quota for the day. I rotate V-8, Plum Smart light and orange. It feels like cheating and it makes me giggle that I can cheat and get a benefit from it.

And the flashes..well ya know a Advil pm does help a little.
