Had my first dose of cistoplatin and gemzar Thursday and two blood transfusions and then they set me free to come home after nine days. So far, just extreme fatique and sleep a lot as to the side effects. Both the gyn/onc and colon surgeon said the further surgery was not an option. All of our kids are coming the 8th of July for a long weekend, so I am planning and looking forward to that. Thanks for all of your prayers while I was hospitalized. Love to all, Saundra

    Wow, you are getting a harsh combo! So wonderful that all your kids can come. I assume that includes you son from Japan?
    Prayers that this gem/cis will knock out the tumor.

    Yes, Indeed
    They will have a year in the States. Four on mission and 1 here. I am so thankful for this. Pray you are doing well. Beware bowel blockage, NOT FUN!!!!! Saundra
