yes i have arthritis like knee pain, wrist and elbows. better with stretching. dont know why though. and my onc just shrugged!!!
Yes dear, Pain in most of my joints, and from what I have learned on this site exercise helps but everyone is different.
I have been going for bone scans etc...
And I give up now I beleave that it is up too me.
I know if I ride in the car just to the grocerie store I get out of the car and I can barely walk it takes me about five minutes to walk it out.
I think with myself its just going to take some time, I finished Chemo and Rads at the end of September and I still have pain.
Take a Hot bath that seems to help me.
Take care of yourself....Karie0 -

oh yeah
Welcome to the site. What type of breast ca did you have? Hip pain, middle of the bone pain. I have found Alleve def helps. I had the same meds as you. I think the Taxol does it.
Did you have rads? I hear that makes you achey too. I have the added plus of scoliosis with siatic nerve entrapment, yeahhhh. Feels good to be out of treatment and in remission. Last tx was in Oct., and last Rads was Jan. 2010. Coming up on 1yr since diagnosises.
Walks seem to help also. Keep it moving. I'm sure you'll get excellant advice from this site. good luck and again, Welcome.0 -

Glucosamine might help
My 4 rounds of Cytoxan and Taxotere haven't left me achey, but I read on another thread that glucosamine supplements can really help the aches. If I get pains once I start Tamoxifen, I'll try it.0 -

I wake up every morning with joint pain, especially in my shoulders and feet. I am on arimidex so that may be the cause. Are you on any hormonal theropy?
