****'s home & Anniversary is Friday!

Hi Everyone,
Well I picked **** up at the airport this evening and it is so good to have him home. My parents took great care of him in So Cal but it is wonderful having him home. The girls are happy to see their daddy and the dogs are thrilled. :) Tomorrow (Friday, 5/28) we will celebrate our 22nd anniversary. In the midst of this nasty disease we have so much to be grateful for. We have been blessed by the friendship and love of so many. Humbling.
Have a beautiful Friday and a lovely Memorial Day. (It is tradition here in Hawaii that we put a lei on each grave at Punchbowl Veterans Cemetery. We usually make a handful of lei from the plumeria trees in our yard and bring them up. We feel this is a good way to remember).

    "Tomorrow (Friday, 5/22) we will celebrate our 22nd anniversary."

    My wife and I have a 42nd anniversary coming up in September, and we would probably celebrate the day, too, if we could remember just when it was. So, anyhow, happy anniversary, whenever!

    Great news having **** back home. Nothng like being home to speed along healing process. Happy Anniversary (sorry its late, off for a few days). We will be doing 40 years on June. I can't belive it has been that long. I remember being 17 and my Dad saying one day that girl is going to marry that boy. Dad was right.
