New here and new to cancer

I am a 33 yr old female, I started having horrible lower back/hip/tailbone pain in Jan of this year, was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis Arthritis in March and went to the Mayo clinic in May for a second opinion. They have found a lesion on my pelvis, I am going for a bone biopsy June 3rd. I am just trying to get all the information I can. Did anyone start off this way with their cancer?

    Before I was diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma I had horrible back pain that developed into leg pain due to a pelvis lession.

    The doctor has not told me it is absolutely cancer yet, he just says they are "very concerned" about it! From what I have read so far, it says benign tumors are NOT usually painful, do you know if this is true? I am completely freaked out! How are you doing now? Was your treatment successful? What was your treatment?

    Don't stress your self
    My back pain may have been linked to lhyme disease and benign tomors can still be painfull. Also I was diagnosed a year ago last month and now I am cancer free. Ewing's sarcoma is also generaly found in teenagers like myself, to have it over the age of 30 is rare. Only 300 people in the U.S have it each year.
