Hi Amy - Re: Roger
I thought maybe kim would be on with an update but with 3 kids and Roger, she is pretty busy. Roger came home from hospital, then back in hospital, now home. Having some wound problems but they are under control. His weight and eating is a problem so if I remember his site properly, he has a tube down his nose that bypasses stomach and goes into intestine and Kim gives him nutrition at night through this tube. She flushes the tube, opens the can, and attaches some kind of pump and he gets it during the night and in the morning she flushes it clean again. He can also eat normally so now he will get the calories they want him to have plus protein they want him to have. He lost a lot of weight. She said it is not as bad as it sounds, for her anyway.
Hopefully, she will be on with a proper update and a few details. I'll check his site and if there is anything further will send you a pm.
Take care, we think of you often.

Jennie... She's a friend on
Jennie... She's a friend on Facebook and she said her daughter (the nurse) was leaving for South Africa yesterday or today. Jennie told us about this honor a few months ago. :-)
I haven't heard anything on Roger, but Pat Kapper has been feeling much better now that he's getting fluids and might look in to having his blockage removed or a stint put in. Carrie says they know it won't be anything healing or curative but it will help with comfort and allow him to eat.0 -

Amyb15....awe!!! Thank you for thinking about me. I had kinda quit posting for a while because I got my feelings hurt when I had posted something previously and a few people were rude about it. I was told to be open about a sexual subject and when I was a few people made me feel embarrassed I had said anything...... BUT.... I am over it now.... Greybeard set me straight with an awesome opinion about that situation....thank you Greybeard!!! Physically.... My back is on the mend and I am actually doing quite well other than that. And Diane... you are so sweet to remember about my daughter. Yes, she left Saturday and just arrived in Kenya yesterday. They had a 12 hour layover in London so they did a little sightseeing there. So far she is having an awesome time. They set up a clinic today and will service the village they are in for the next 2 weeks. I am so proud of her. I will post pic's on my Expression page when she returns. Thanks again for your concern..... Jennie0
