PET/CT is clear - what a relief - this was the first after lung cancer diagnosis in Nov,09 - cannot tell you all what wonderful news this is for me - thank you to all for your warm wishes while I was awaiting the results - best regards - Connie.

    I too am glad for your news. The first year the hardest and then on from there you go. It is such a great feeling when you do realize how well you can feel again and how well we can adapt to such changes in our lives. Good on you...

    Thanks everyone for your responses and good wishes - it does not matter what the stage is at diagnosis, the fear at scan time is immobilizing - when is yours due Annie (since I had my surgery Nov.30th 2009 you must be coming up soon for follow-up) -

    Thanks for the e mail.... I am so glad all is well with you I too am "cancer free" for 1 year. Funny how thaatt i year "thing" made me feel better more joyful and ready to move on I feel so much stronger of spirit now so all is good in my world with a "twist" I am on Inspire once in a whilr another support group sight but I stop by to check you out. I am glad we are doing well.

    You are right, there does seem to be something special about that one year mark. I am so happy to hear you are doing well also. My hope is for our continued good reports. My next scan is early April 2011 (every 4 months now) so I will keep you posted as I hope you will me. So good to know of someone in so similar a situation on this path that neither of us would have chosen. All the best to you. Warm regards, Connie.
