Dancing with NED!

So excited to report that (along w/some of you all) I'm dancing w/NED! Had my 6 month MRI and mammo today and got CLEAR results! As others have said...what a relief, especially when i thought i would have to wait a week for results. Talked w/radiologist briefly and shed tears of joy! God is so GOOD!

    Hello! I have seen "NED" used in a few threads, but none of them defined it. Could you please tell me what that means? I'm really new (diag 3/29)to all this lingo! Thank you very much!! :-)

    NED defined
    NED stands for "No Evidence of Disease" and is what is written on mammo/mri/ultrasound reports when we go back for our followup exams after all treatment is completed.

    I too, had to learn the lingo! You too, will be dancing w/NED in very short order! Blessings...

    That was so uplifting to hear and reading other posts to find out what "NED" means. It is something to look forward to!
