What can i do about the bleeding ?
So im still stuck with the nasty stuff until my sugery this has been going on of course for years now
what can i do to help the bleeding not to become blood clots or to stop blood clots once they start its oh most to much for me to handle and since my sugery is next week i want to advoid any visits or trips to the ER who never tells me any thing anyways
so if u have advice on this let me no thanks

Realy ? this is bad when i asked my OBYGN what to do he told me there is nothing i can do i have cancer so im going to bleed my cancer doctor was out of town and wont be back until day or 2 before my Sugery.Lisa 00 said:If I had seen your post sooner.....
I would have told you that progesterone will stop the heavy bleeding. Your obgyn can prescribe it for you.
but my OB wont do a thing about it and i been bleeding for oh most 5 years i had no ideal there was any type of meds that could help it because they never told me
now that i have cancer all he says is nothing we can do u have cancer u will bleed this makes me upset to the core that he didnt do anything or it most of all when i suffer from annemia0 -

and told them that you are so weak that you can't stand up long enough to take a shower, that your knees buckle, and that you're constantly hemorraging unimaginable blood clots, then they should prescribe the progesterone. They can call it in to a pharmacy.
I think the problem is that these people have no way of knowing how badly you're bleeding. It's also possible that progesterone is only something that they can give for a short time.
I only got ahold of it at the end about a week before my hysterectomy. I was bleeding really, really, really badly. When I finally got to the hospital they gave me 3 units of packed RBC's. I felt 100% better 2 days later when I left the hospital. I had had the hysterectomy and I had gotten topped off in the blood department!0 -

As ok ya they didnt and havent given me anything how ever they should have knew how bad i was as in march i past out from so much blood loss they had to give me a blood transfusion and the doctor said there wasnt much they could or would do for the bleeding but now im 3 days away from my sugery so i doubt they do anything now.0
