Relay for Life
Now, I emphasize this forehand, I am not putting the link here because I expect any donation, I don't! Please don't! You all have to take care of yourselves, spend your money on medicines, or vacations, or anything that you guys enjoy spending it on. I only show this to you guys because....because I am PROUD. I know this sounds stupid...but I'm just a kid, not much I succeeded in my life so far (indeed, those of you who know my story, who well how bad I failed), but this time, I am proud...proud that I can do this. I will do this for all of you, for your health, and of course, for Mom. I have her ashes...so she'll come with me for the walk tomorrow in my bag-pack. We'll walk....for a lifetime if it's needed...

I hope you guys are doing good, and I'm sorry for not coming here too often...and I'll be honest to you guys, it's not because I don't have time, or busy or whatnot...it's painful. I am fighting against my own feelings, against this whole life...I just cannot accept things even though I experienced them...but I don't want to complain...especially not to you guys...well...be happy, healthy as much as you can! And don't forget; I'm committed and I'll be come a scientist one day and work against cancer!!!! That I promised to myself, and will study hard to achieve that!
Please all take care!

Dear Sharpy
You remind me so much of my daughter. I guess I didn't realize how much she loves me until I got sick, but I realize it now. I 'm not sure if you are male or female so I'll just say from what you have expressed in your posts you are a good child and please don't ever think that you didn't do enough. You did your very best and that is all that counts. Don't be hard on yourself.Your Mom wouldn't want you to be anything other than happy.
Thank you for walking for us.Please take a couple of extra steps for our friends here who are very ill right now. Please come back as often as you can and keep us updated on your education and your committment to fighting cancer. You are bright; study hard. You can do it and I commend you for having that desire to make a difference.
Best wishes for a happy future Sharpy.

Dear Pat,
Thank you soooooo much for your words...they mean a lot! Thank you! I will definitely have everyone of my steps devoted to someone...I am a girl and probably quiet young compared to your daughters (maybe not) I'm 14. But that doesn't mean anything- except for legal matters...and I will study hard, and I will work against cancer as a researcher. Gosh, I wish I could apply to universities by next Fall...I just cannot wait! I will pay this back these dragons that were bold enough to take Mom. I will pay them a revenge...they will be sorry for their lives! Well...sorry, it just upsets me too much. Anyway, I will be walking for all of you, and I wish you all the best! And I'll get better once, and when that happens, I'll be coming back here, and will share you guys happiness. Until then, I'd better just keep my thoughts to myself...
Have a nice weekend to you, Pat!

thanks for coming
Sophie, it is good to see you posting about how you are working through your pain. Your mother was taken too soon and you are understandably having a hard time with it. I hope you are speaking with someone to work through your pain and loss. Sounds like you have some very definite plans on how you will move through this journey and that is awesome! I appreciate your thinking of us in your pain and appreciate your efforts in raising awareness about the beast. Please come back and let us know how the Relay goes and how YOU are doing.
