Hi SaireyANn
You didn't mention how long you have been on Femara. I am in the middle of my 2nd month of it. I have found that resuming my walking program ( I try to walk at least 10,000 steps a day) and ibruprofen really help. It is much better now. It seems to be worse in the morning, and now that even seems better. I called my Reach to Recovery friend about this very thing about 2 weeks ago. She said to hang in & it should be better in 2-3 months. It seems to be true for me. I hope the same for you.0 -

Im about 4 weeks in, started right after the end of my chemo. Walking, a bit of light weight lifting, and I'm trying to learn yoga from cds, are really helping me with the pain, though it's kind of a struggle at first to get going, I've been so tired and weak. So I do one minute of exercise and rest for 5 minutes! I put myself on a strict low carb, high veggie diet, and lost a lot of fluids that were making me miserable, halfway to my pre-chemo weight, yippie!
I'm so glad to find out it might get better! good luck to us all!0 -

Have you talked to your oncologist about this? You might need prescription strength Ibuprofen. Hoping your pain subsides for you soon.
