Surgery Date Set

God's morning to All! I recieved a call from scheduling yesterday and surgery date is set for Monday, March 29, Friday is the appointment with stoma nurse.

Whew, I was starting to feel like I was falling through tthe cracks. But, like a wonderful safety net, my gyn/onc and his staff were right under me ~ making sure I didn't.

Thank God I have such a wonderful medical team at women's health that took the ball from me
and got things rolling. I was told to expect to be in the hospital for 5-7 days, so thinking
home by Easter Day. :-D

It has been a long journey and many many prayers ~ it is now 7+ years since original diagnosis ~ pretty awesome huh? Well lots to clean and do today. Hugs ♥ Prayers Bonnie

    Bonnie, so glad to hear it is set. Sounds like you have a great team to support you. I will pray it all goes well and this gives you 7 more years!!!

    Lots of prayers coming your way. May this surgery give you many more years. I believe you mentioned a grandson graduation is this Spring...lots of time to recover from the surgery to be there.
