Janelle,
Great weight loss
Janelle,
Great weight loss and even better is your exercising and healthy eating. It's the triple threat. I am hoping you will motivate me but so far it's not happening. Keep posting these awesome results and I will try to follow suit. Happy you are doing so well at taking charge of this part of healthy living.

I know it's hard, but keep your spirits up! You are doing great!!!
I am MOST impressed at your walking--wish I could be walking with you! I know it would be sooooo good for me, too! That walking is what will help you keep the weight off and make your whole system more fit!
You rock!

I know that exercise is extremely important for the overall health of the body. Great news on the lost of 9 lbs. but I am astounded at the news of your cholesterol going from 218 to 117. I'm going to use you as a role model for my friends who have a cholesterol problem and will share your great news with them.

Yes, Taina~ Our Y has the same program, and I made full use of it! It is called the Well-Fit Program and I absolutely loved it! They chart and train you, and follow you for the program to make sure you are doing things correctly. What I also loved about the program is that the whole Y was open to me, not just the Well-Fit part of it for the entire 12 weeks. I got to swim and do core training, etc, all for free! Sooooo awesome! Thanks for the reminder~ you are a gem!
