Where does your back hurt?lcarper2 said:Back from doctor
praise God no pain...thank you for praying
Mine is always sore on my right side under my shoulder blade. I pulled it about a month ago and it still is sore. It feels better if I stretch but I am wondering if I need an adjustment.

glad your back is feeling better
Hi,
I'm glad to hear your back is doing better now- hope it stays that way. I have always had problems with back pain off and on. In fact, it's screaming at me right now as I type this. Time to go sit against my shiatsu chair back massager. It is one of the best recent things I've purchased. You should look into getting one. It's a fairly heavy pad that you put on a chair and plug in, then sit back against it. My back pain alternates between my lower back and right under and between my shoulder blades. The shiatsu massager really does help. I discovered mine when I was waiting in CVS drugstore for a prescription- they had a demo model set up there. It was wonderful. I looked online and found a better price there- even a place that with the shipping it was still a few dollars cheaper than Wal Mart's. The one I got has a setting for the neck in addition to the back. Good luck.
