I can't believe the kindness of you ladies and you Connie for this wonderful gesture that I will happily accept with so much appreciation. I love both colors. Connie is offering me red and blonde, I can wear both (not at the same time naturally, well it depends on chemo brain, I may try). I will send you ladies pics modeling the wigs.....lol.....I love it.
This time the chemo has flatten me to the mattress.....I am sick all the time even with the pills, but it's not that that bad I guess, I know I could have it worse, right? So next appointment is Tuesday, doc and then chemo again on Thursday, at least I"ll get it done and over with right? Well I have to sign off and conserve my energy. Love to all of you beautiful ladies. I'll write soon. I hope all of you are doing well and Leesa I hope you continue to recover as well as you have been and keep kicking butt girl!

I changed my avatar so everyone could see my newly purchased synthetic wig. It was supposed to be my "backup" so that when my human hair wig, which has to be sytled on curlers, is drying I would still have hair to wear. But as it turns out, I like it best! Go figure!0 -

Ilove that one so much! Makes you look younger! My legs are killing me!!!! They are so red, looks like I've got a 2nd degree burn on them, and my arms feel like lizard skin. This is not good eh? i look like a biafron right now. Is this the taxol? First treatment only, I hate to see what's gonna happen next treatment. Connie, I can't wait to see my wigs, I love u, thanks so much, will let you know the minute I get them. Must lay down.

I had six rounds of Taxol/Carbo and did not have redness or dryness of skin. Different people have different side effects, though. Have you Googled Taxol to see if those are listed?
I have signed on for a year of monthly Taxol (reduced dosage), so I hope I continue to have minimal side effects.
